ProjecTools CEO, Jerry Morgan will speak on February 28th in a session called “Lessons from the Field: Successful Growth and Management of a SaaS Company – Organization Structure, Strategic Planning, Customer Retention and Growth, Positive Cash Flow (and the CEO’s Role in All of the Above).” Softletter asked Jerry to speak alongside thirty others because of his experience building a successful software as a service (SaaS) company from the ground up.
